Osinski Named President of Physician Recruiter Organization

Osinski, President of NephrologyUSA^® (American Medical Consultants), has been active in the Association since 1987, entering his fourth year on the Board of Directors, and having served the past year as President-Elect. In addition, he was on the Board from 1989-1996 and was President of the Association in 1991. Osinski has been actively involved on behalf of the Association in working with the Medical Group Management Association in the development and implementation of the Physician Starting Salary Survey.

As President, of NephrologyUSA^® and American Medical Consultants, Mr. Osinski is nationally recognized for his expertise in Nephrology Recruiting and consulting services. For more than two decades Osinski has lent this expertise to promote ethical standards and outstanding quality of service within the physician recruiting industry. Twice, in 1996 and 2001, the NAPR has rewarded his leadership by bestowing upon him the Most Anticipated President's Award, its highest honor awarded to individuals.

Mr. Osinski graduated from the University of Miami with a BBA degree in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration.

The National Association of Physician Recruiters is headquartered in Altamonte Springs (Orlando area), Florida. The twenty-four-year old Association, founded in 1984, was established for the purpose of creating a national organization through which professional physician recruiters could work together to maintain standards of excellence within the industry and ensure the highest degree of quality in recruitment services.

Today, the NAPR represents over 370 member organizations and thousands of recruiters, both the fee-for-service physician recruiters and the staff physician recruiters.
