MARTIN OSINSKI,M.B.A., A.V.A.
Martin
Osinski has been a leader in the health care field for over twenty
five years. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer
for American Medical Consultants, a national healthcare consulting
firm specializing in physician recruiting and compensation issues.
His primary focus for the past two dozen years has been in the
specialty of Nephrology.
Mr. Osinski has been nationally recognized for his expertise
in physician recruitment. He is the current President of the
National Association of Physician Recruiters an organization
of over 350 for profit and in-house recruiting organizations
representing several thousand physician recruiters in providing
educational programs, a code of ethics for its membership to
adhere to and various services to its membership. He served in
a similar capacity to the organization in 1991-92. He also has
been an active member on its Board of Directors and Ethics Committee.
The NAPR honored him with the Presidential Award for his outstanding
contributions on two separate occasions.
He has authored and been interviewed for numerous articles and
podcasts over the years in such publications as the Medical Group
Management Journal, Nephrology News & Issues, Unique Opportunities,
Journal of the American Medical Association, Medical Economics,
Healthplan, and HealthLeader. He currently is a member of the
Editorial Advisory Board for Nephrology News & Issues. In
addition, Mr. Osinski conducts presentations on job search methods
to fellowship programs throughout the country and is a regular
speaker at the Renal Physicians Association semi-annual Fellows
Workshop.
Prior to forming AMC, he was President of National Health Search.
Inc., a contingency physician recruiting firm. For six years,
he had the dual responsibility of Chief Operating Officer for
a large retained search firm in addition to overseeing National
Health Search. In that capacity, he had overall responsibility
for the company's recruiting, research and accounting functions.
He was also involved in the development of an interactive telephone
job placement service marketed in cooperation with the New England
Journal of Medicine.
Mr. Osinski was selected for Whos Who in America, Who's Who in
the World, and Whos Who in Medicine and Healthcare. He served
on the Blueprint 2000 committee for Miami-Dade County Public
Schools and is involved in various other community activities.
He earned both his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
majoring in Accounting, and Master's degrees in business administration
from the University of Miami. While in college, Mr. Osinski received
the Iron Arrow Award, the highest honor attained at the University.
Mr. Osinski is also an Accredited Valuation Analyst through the
National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and does
Medical Practice Valuations.

PATSY ANDERS
Ms.
Anders also has over twenty years experience working within
the Nephrology and Dialysis Industries. Most recently, she
has served as Vice President of Marketing for Renal CarePartners,
Inc. a Dialysis corporation with units throughout the East
Coast. From 1995 to 2001 Ms. Anders was Vice President of Marketing
and Business Development for Renex Corporation., a publicly
traded Dialysis company that was sold in January 2000.
In 1988, Ms. Anders was Director of Physician Relations for one of the first
Home Dialysis Corporations in this country. She later held that same position
for Quality Care Dialysis Centers before the sale of that company. During that
time she also founded Anders and Associates, a physician recruiting firm, where
she was actively involved in the recruitment of physicians prior to joining
Renex Corp.
Since 1981, when Ms Anders began her Healthcare career she has successfully
recruited numerous physicians to positions throughout the country.

Full Service
American Medical Consultants will assist in the scheduling and
preparation for candidate visits. We follow up with physicians
regularly after they begin practice to assure a smooth transition.
The AMC offices are open day and evening. Normal business hours
are from 9:00am to 6:00 pm (EDT) Monday through Friday, and evenings
from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Wednesday.
Experience
AMC associates have post graduate degrees or extensive education
in the healthcare field and a minimum of 20 years experience
in the healthcare industry specializing in Nephrology placement.
