Equitable Pricing Our search fees are charged upon successful completion of our assignment. We ensure that the performance burden is placed where it belongs, on us. Our fees are extremely competitive and in line with industry standards. Full Service Nephrology USA® will assist in the scheduling and preparation for candidate visits. We follow up with physicians regularly after they begin practice to assure a smooth transition. Nephrology USA® offices are open day and evening. Normal business hours are from 9:00am to 6:00 pm (EDT) Monday through Friday, and evenings from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Wednesday. Nephrology USA® associates have post graduate degrees or extensive education in the healthcare field and a minimum of 20 years experience in the healthcare industry specializing in Nephrology placement.
